Biography
Ahmet Köybaşıoğlu is a Professor and Doctor who was born in 1958. He entered Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1975 and completed his education, graduating in 1981. He completed his specialization in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine between 1982-1986.

While working as an ENT specialist at Ankara Dışkapı SSK Hospital, he also worked at the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Cancer Research Center in the Netherlands. In 1997, he became an associate professor in the ENT Head and Neck Surgery department at Gazi University, and in 2003, he became a full professor.

In 1998, he worked on cases with his American colleagues at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in the United States. He conducted academic research for 16 years from 1996-2012, focusing on head and neck tumors. He also deepened his academic research in laryngology, which includes vocal cord and voice disorders.

He specialized in voice hoarseness, snoring, respiratory problems, dizziness, as well as nodules, polyps and vocal cord cysts in the larynx. His medical interests also include pediatric ENT diseases such as tonsillitis, adenoids, fluid accumulation in the ear, and congenital neck cysts.

He conducted academic research and publications on tumors and cancer diseases that occur in the mouth, nose, tongue, jaw, throat, and skin areas in the head and neck region. These diseases are his primary medical interest areas.

Dr. Hilmi Apak is a respected pediatric hematology-oncology specialist with more than 21 years of experience. He is trained in pediatric oncology. Dr. Apak has led advanced treatments, including bone marrow transplantation, leukemia chemotherapy, and CAR T-cell therapy.

He has published 75 international medical articles, showing his strong contribution to pediatric oncology research. Dr. Ozek has performed over 10,000 pediatric neurosurgical procedures. His work has achieved high success rates recognized worldwide. Dr. Cenan Oktay was born in 1965 in Plovdiv-Bulgaria. He completed his primary school education in Istanbul in 1977. He completed his secondary and high school education at Istanbul Erkek High School, which provides education in German. He graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine in 1984.

Due to his interest in surgery, he completed his General Surgery internship while he was a student, Heidelberg University Head of Surgery Clinics in Germany, Prof.Dr. ch. He did it with Herfarth.

He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine with his 3rd degree in 1990 and started his General Surgery specialization training at SSK Okmeydanı Training Hospital in Istanbul in September-1991. He prepared congress publications as well as clinical and experimental studies during his residency training.

In 1993, he received training on "Microsurgery Course" and "Valtrac" rings used in GIS anastomoses at Würtzburg University, Germany, and became the first user in Turkey and used them in his specialization thesis.

He became a General Surgery Specialist at SSK Okmeydanı Training Hospital in 1996. In the same year, I.U. He completed the "Surgical Gastroenterology Endoscopy Training Courses" at Istanbul Medical Faculty. Due to his interest in Liver and Bile Tract surgery, he graduated from Istanbul University for 4 months in 1999. He worked actively in the General Surgery Department of Liver and Biliary Tract Surgery. During this time, he continued clinical and experimental studies.

He graduated from Gülhane Military Medical Academy in 1990. In 1991, he took a course in Aviation and Space Medicine and Physiology in Eskişehir Aviation and Space Medicine Center. He worked as a flight doctor between 1990-1993. He received his specialization in Pediatric Health and Diseases from the Department of Pediatrics at Gülhane Military Medical Academy between 1993-1997. He worked as a paediatrician at Güzelyalı Air Hospital between 1997-1999. He worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Pediatrics at Gülhane Military Medical Academy between 1999-2002.
