Warning!!!! I used CERAM hospital for 2 attempts at IVF to get pregnant. From the first consultation, they were very good, and I felt like they were the perfect people to start this journey with, but the minute I paid for the treatment, the service deteriorated very quickly. They kept me waiting for EVERY single appointment, and they very rarely updated me after blood tests or scans. Even after the first attempt, they did not explain they could not fertilise the egg, I constantly asked for updates to be told “the doctor will call you” which he never did. I then went to the hospital out of desperation as the doctor would not call me, and they told me “sorry the doctor is too busy to see you” After a lot of tears and demands, finally the doctor saw me to tell me the IVF had not worked. They explained that I needed to try again and I would probably have a higher chance, so out of desperation I agreed to this. I paid another fee. I told them I was not happy with the communication and they told me it would be a lot better going forwards. It got WORSE AND WORSE…On the second attempt, i got a text message to say I was pregnant, but still no meeting with the doctor. I then started to get quite sick, and begged for an appointment with the doctor but he was too busy, I subsequently lost the pregnancy, and again by text message they told me this news, because the doctor was too busy to call me.
This hospital really do need to be more sympathetic and understanding to the a massive emotional rollacoaster this journey is, they do not CARE about their clients, they are not “on call” ready to help when it’s an emergency, they did not show any emotion when it was time to tell me the pregnancy was lost. They are happy to take the fee for the procedure, at this point I had the best service, after this I have to say this was the worst experience ever. I understand it's very possible that this procedure may not work, I was ready for a positive or a negative outcome, this is life, but I was not ready for the way they treated me. I would not want anyone to go through what I have just been through. It’s unacceptable and the last thing anybody should go through at such a sensitive and emotional time. I cannot recommend this hospital after what I have been through.

Я рекомендую всем беременным женщинам пойти к доктору Хьюго. Он великолепен, он относится к тебе с такой любовью. Но это не то, что мне нравится больше всего: любовь, с которой он относится к ребенку, сладость, видно, что он любит свою работу. Я видел много гинекологов во время моей беременности, и никто из них не похож на него. любовь, с которой он лечит и говорит о ребенке, так прекрасна ... ... вы не пожалеете, что ушли ... замечательный гинеколог, но даже лучше.

Моя жена прошла проверку своей беременности в этой больнице, потому что все шло хорошо, пока не появилось первое неудобство, в ходе обычного обзора на Коста-дель-Соль они обнаружили, что наш ребенок не имеет веса, соответствующего его гестационному возрасту, что-то, о чем после нескольких проверок в этой клинике нас никогда не предупреждали. Мы связались в тот же день, чтобы Доктор мог видеть нас с нашей страховкой, как и раньше, но все изменилось, они сказали нам, что у них не было назначения до двух недель и если бы мы хотели, чтобы он увидел нас в тот же день, нам пришлось бы заплатить. Платить, если он посещает нас, а не частной страховкой. В то время они не проявляли особого интереса к здоровью моего сына и моей жены, в то время для них преобладали деньги, это не учитывалось как постоянные пациенты Этот доктор, которому мы доверяли до этого момента. Слава Богу, мой ребенок родился хорошо, хотя и преждевременно, в государственной больнице, где они спасли его жизнь, я благодарю каждый день за то, что не допустил ошибку, передав руки в руки этого Это мой личный опыт, который заставляет меня полностью обескураживать эту больницу.
