Got taken to this private hospital as I’d been spiked whilst on holiday, the hospital in itself was clean but the staff and care was horrific. The doctor put me in intensive care for 4-5 hours as he wanted to give me hourly check ups since I’m type 1 diabetic, I had nobody come to check on me and still got charged for the “care” they did not give me. They injected me with insulin and overdosed me leading me to go into a really bad hypo (low blood sugar) when I pressed the emergency button all the nurses did was stand at the end of my bed speaking in Spanish whilst I cried telling them I was going to collapse and needed urgent glucose. When returning they gave me a piece of bread and a sugar free orange juice, thankfully my mum could get to a vending machine to get me a coke! They then put me on a glucose drip which was blocked and nobody noticed for 3 hours, by this time I requested to discharge myself and had to pay £1000. When I was removed from intensive care to a normal ward, a woman came in shouted “dinner” shoved what looked like a plate of prison food on the table and walked out slamming the door shut. Please I recommend to anyone that is even thinking of going to this hospital, DONT! I had such a traumatising experience with being spiked the hospital care made me never want to return to Spain again because of this. A nurse also tried to steal my ring whilst my mum was filling out insurance papers in the next room, luckily I was able to make a noise as I was unable to speak and paralysed, once my mum came in she panicked and gave the ring to my mum and then said she needs to put a cannula in and went off and never even returned! This was all in the space of 8 hours. Please don’t visit this hospital, the majority of staff are rude, unhelpful and look like they don’t even want to be there!!!

Долгие времена ожидания, слишком долго, администратор вмешивается в вашу личную жизнь и задает вам личные вопросы (вульгарно) во время лечения, не переставая разговаривать с стоматологом, они мало профессионалы, это было очень жестоко, нет уважения к пациенту, Сервис дорогой и плохой, разговорчивый и посредственный recpcionista также denista.
