The doctor is an ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery and corneal transplants. His medical interests include prostate cancer, urinary incontinence, and pediatric urology. He has authored over 300 academic papers with more than 1000 citations. He has edited books on prostate cancer and pediatric urology, and participated in numerous scientific committees. He was Congress President of the 9th Eurasian Urooncology Congress in 2019.
