I got came to get gastric balloon. The service was very professional. And I am very stabilised with results. I would highly recommend using this clinic. Also the doctor Serkan Tugen and the dietitian is great people. My coordinator Semih was really amazing. He helped me all the way from the beginning to end. Thank you Healthy Life Clinic

I accompanied my friend for support. When we arrived at the big clinic we were welcomed by a man who also spoke German, What was very easy for us then was to communicate with us.
We would be informed about the examinations and operations that were carried out there. On the first day in the clinic We were escorted to our room and a little later we were picked up by The man who spoke German. He accompanied us everywhere and translated everything into German for us so that we were well informed and could also talk to the doctors. He always looked after my friend's well-being and also gave her advice and encouragement. We first went to the room where we weighed my friend's weight and measured her height. After that, he accompanied us to the x-rays and kept checking on my friend's well-being. He escorted us back to the room and assisted us with anything we needed or wanted to know. He gave us a piece of paper with the most important questions and sentences on it to help. For example "can you hang up the infusion" specifically so that we could communicate with the doctors in one way or another. He gave my friend a lot of encouragement and gave her the answers to all her questions as well as he knew it. That was very nice, after a few days we were then driven to the small clinic. The actual Healthy Life Clinic. In the clinic itself was very nice and kind staff. We would be briefed on the operation and the rest of the information. Here, too, the man helped us with the translation. The staff was very nice when they informed us about the medication and the things that my friend should take. Then we met the senior doctor himself, a very nice and kind person with a good sense of humor. My girlfriend was operated on immediately, which was really great. The two young nurses were also very nice, one with the earring on his left ear and the other who accompanied us from the big clinic to the small one. When the operation was over, the young doctor with the earring was back and helped us with the last measures with the cold pack. Very nice and friendly staff, I am even considering going there and having the fat removed from my hips. It can only Recommend, it's cheaper in Germany and the doctors are friendlier And more likeable than here. I'm so thankful for the help we got there and would go back anytime.

I was very impressed with the services of the clinic. From the moment we stepped out of the airport, the driver who was waiting gave us a warm welcome, our correspondence, Semih was an excellent fellow. He spared nothing to see to our comfort all through our stay. He was very efficient, patient and lively. Dr Serkan Tugen was very confident and professional. This eased my fears and i am grateful the medical care i received from the entire staff of the hospital.
