Facial and Body Plastic Surgery

The surgical department focuses on facial rejuvenation and body contouring. Specialists use ultrasonic rhinoplasty with high-frequency piezoelectric instruments. This allows precise bone reshaping with less trauma and swelling than traditional methods.

Facial rejuvenation often combines ritidoplasty (facelift) with other procedures for balanced results. Options for the eyelid and neck areas include:

• Transconjunctival blepharoplasty for eyelid correction
• Canthopexy and canthoplasty to tighten lower eyelids
• Neck lifting and submental liposuction for the jawline
• Fat grafting to restore youthful facial volume

For body contouring, the clinic performs the Mommy Makeover. This combines abdominoplasty, breast surgery, and liposuction to restore the body after pregnancy. Abdominoplasty can also repair diastasis recti – separated abdominal muscles.

Male procedures include gynecomastia surgery and abdominal etching. Surgeons treat gynecomastia by removing glandular tissue or using liposuction. The clinic also offers calf implants with symmetric or asymmetric prostheses ranging from 90cc to 180cc.

Advanced Medical Technologies

The clinic uses robotic and energy-based platforms. For hair restoration, the team applies ARTAS iX technology. This robotic system assists FUE hair transplants, increasing graft precision and survival rates.

Indiba radiofrequency supports post-surgical recovery. It reduces pain and speeds tissue healing after surgery. Other technologies include:

• Morpheus8 radiofrequency for skin tightening
• Ultraformer MPT for non-surgical facial lifting
• Fotona laser for specialized eyelid treatments
• Cooltech for cryolipolysis (fat freezing)

Non-surgical skincare options include Hydrafacial and injectables using Juvéderm and SkinVive.

Services for International Patients

The clinic offers structured care for patients traveling from abroad. The process starts with a virtual consultation to review medical history and goals. Specialists evaluate photos and provide initial travel planning guidance.

Once at the clinic, patients receive continuous follow-up throughout recovery. Dr. David Delgado provides hands-on postoperative care with daily check-ins during initial healing. After returning home, patients continue remote follow-up via virtual appointments to monitor long-term results.
