Recognitions and Medical Credentials

Dr. Luciano Grisotto is a board-certified plastic surgeon holding CRM 35588 and RQE 29039 licenses in Brazil. He received a prestigious award from Shriners Hospitals for Children at the Brazilian Congress of Plastic Surgery.

His academic background includes a degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná. He completed residency training in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. He also holds specialized certification in microsurgery, which supports his work in complex tissue reconstruction.

Specialized Procedures and Methods

The clinic provides a focused range of aesthetic surgeries. These primarily address body changes after pregnancy or significant weight loss. Every procedure begins with a detailed surgical plan tailored to the patient's anatomy and goals. The medical team uses documented case studies to help patients understand scar placement and expected tissue changes.

Breast Reshaping and Enhancement

Surgeons perform various mastopexy (breast lift) techniques to lift and reshape the chest. Options include:

• Implant-free mastopexy for lifting using the patient's own tissue
• Mastopexy with silicone prosthesis for added volume
• Short Scar technique to minimize visible scarring
• Submuscular implant placement for a natural transition

The clinic uses a rapid-recovery protocol for breast implant surgeries. This method aims for faster mobilization after the procedure. Patients who don't need implants may opt for breast fat grafting to achieve subtle volume increases.

Body Contouring and Mommy Makeover

The clinic offers coordinated plans that address multiple body areas in a single session. These combined surgeries often target post-pregnancy changes in the abdomen and breasts. Available procedures include:

• Mommy Makeover combining tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast surgery
• Extended abdominoplasty for significant skin laxity
• Fleur De Lis tummy tuck for vertical and horizontal skin removal
• Lipo ULTRA HD for defined muscle highlights
• Thigh lifting and panniculectomy

Pre-operative exams form the foundation for every body contouring plan. These tests help the team assess how the patient will respond to anesthesia and recovery.

Advanced Technologies

The clinic uses specific technologies to improve surgical outcomes and skin quality. Surgeons apply Ignite Quantum technology during liposuction. This device stimulates collagen and retracts skin, reducing laxity after fat removal.

For facial procedures, Dr. Grisotto performs deep plane facelifts and endoscopic techniques. These reposition underlying tissues with minimal surface tension.

International Patient Care and Follow-Up

Clinic Luciano Grisotto treats patients from across Brazil and abroad. The medical team provides consultations in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Post-operative care is managed directly by the surgeon rather than delegated to external providers.

After surgery, patients receive the doctor's personal number for direct communication. The team provides detailed recovery guides to monitor swelling and tissue healing throughout the first year.
