Панникулэктомия в Dr. Rodrigo Bastos

Dr. Rodrigo Bastos is a plastic surgery clinic in Brasília, Brazil. It operates within the Linea Vitta Clinical Center. The medical team includes four doctors focused on facial rejuvenation and body contouring.

Accreditations and Expertise

Dr. Rodrigo Bastos is a member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery (SBCP). The practice is registered with the regional medical council under CRM-DF 17938 and RQE 15819.

Dr. Bastos leads the FAST FELLOW training program for other physicians. This course provides hands-on instruction in deep plane facial anatomy and surgical techniques.

Facial Rejuvenation and Rhinoplasty

The clinic focuses on structural facial surgery rather than surface-level skin adjustments. Surgeons perform the Deep Plane Facelift to reposition underlying muscle and connective tissue. This improves jawline definition and softens deep facial lines.

The Deep Neck approach targets fat layers beneath the neck musculature. These techniques aim for natural results that avoid the tight look of traditional lifts.

For nasal surgery, the clinic uses several advanced methods:

• Hybrid Rhinoplasty with 3D modeling and computer simulations for surgical planning
• PIEZO Rhinoplasty, which uses ultrasonic energy for precise bone shaping
• Eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty) to remove excess skin and reposition orbital fat
• Brow lifts and lip lifts to improve upper facial balance

Specialists also provide facial harmonization treatments, including bichectomy and hyaluronic acid fillers. These options help patients reach their goals without major surgery.

Breast and Body Contouring

A key differentiator is the R24R breast augmentation technique. This rapid recovery system helps patients return to routine activities quickly. The protocol includes a 14-point infection safety system and specific surgical methods. These include Dual Plane placement and the Grip Plane technique to prevent implant migration.

The body contouring department offers various surgical solutions:

• Mommy Makeover combining tummy tuck and breast procedures
• Liposculpture for the chin, cheeks, arms, and abdomen
• Gynecomastia treatment using ultrasonic liposuction to remove male breast tissue
• Fat grafting to restore volume in specific body areas

Patients seeking breast surgery must meet specific health criteria. For the R24R technique, this means a BMI under 25.

Medical Training and Technology

Dr. Rodrigo Bastos completed his plastic surgery residency at the Federal Hospital of Ipanema. He holds international fellowship training in facelifts from New York University (NYU) and completed a rhinoplasty fellowship in Istanbul.

The clinic uses 3D computer simulations to show patients predicted outcomes before surgery. Surgeons also use PIEZO technology for millimetric precision during bone-related procedures.

Care for International Patients

The clinic focuses on procedure-specific recovery planning for those traveling from abroad. For R24R breast surgery, many patients can drive and work the next day. This program includes immediate arm movement exercises to prevent stiffness.
