Знаменитый доктор Риба не посещал меня; они не закончили «выкачивать» области (так много они сказали); Я не был вызван для обзора после трех месяцев; и они не стригли волосы при выполнении операции, даже зная, что для типа жира и кожи это не даст желаемых результатов.

I had heard good things about this clinic from a family member, and I can attest to that. I had an appointment in the afternoon for the filling of dark circles and they saw me at my time. For me, being seen at the appointed time is very important and worth considering, since in other clinics you know what time you come in but not what time you will leave. The treatment received by all the clinic staff has been wonderful. From the girl at the reception, very nice and pleasant, who helps you if you need it with the documents you have to fill out, to the doctors who treated me, always paying attention to how I was feeling during the treatment and whether I was satisfied with the result. I will certainly return without a doubt.

I'm super happy with the results. I had chin surgery, I look like a different person, everything went very well. The entire staff is super friendly, but I'm so grateful to Dr. Riba, who is a great specialist, and to Ana, who is a wonderful person.

They have stolen my 500€ deposit and blocked me. I went for a consultation for a chin implant and decided to go forward with the procedure. I paid for a private CT scan and an additional 500€ deposit and was told to wait for some pictures. It took almost a month for my pictures when I was promised it would only take days and as much as I understood it was the holiday period, I was ignored whenever I reached out and the staff were so rude. By the time I finally got the pictures, I didn't receive the ones I had asked for and they were poorly and quickly edited. Finally, I said I'd rather not go ahead with the procedure seeing how unprofessional they were. They then informed me my 500€ deposit was not refundable despite nothing being signed and after another conversation with the doctor, I decided to go ahead as I'd already invested so much money. When I went to pay the remaining amount (4000€), they then informed me that I owed an additional 300€ which was not included on my printed receipt of my deposit payment. When I asked for proof that this was the original quote, they provided nothing to me, not even an email from the time of my consultation. I just wanted proof this was the original quote and where this 300€ suddenly came from but they insisted they told me in person despite it being different to the proof I had printed. I repeatedly asked for proof and the only thing they sent me was a pdf they had back dated thag had never been given to me, signed by me or even emailed to me. They simply said that they are cancelling my surgery and keeping my deposit. They have constantly read and ignored my messages despite my every effort to be polite and they have been rude through the entire process. I would not recommend and I will still be pursuing my deposit after going through this whole ordeal with them and find a different practice for the procedure.
Update: I am asking for what services my €500 provided and they have blocked me!

My experience at this clinic was excellent. The entire staff is very attentive and friendly, with a very personal approach. I must highlight Dr. Andrea's impeccable and professional work. She treated me during my consultation, and I loved the way she explained everything, the personal, human touch, and of course, I'm very satisfied with the treatment. It's a pleasure to find professionals like this. I will definitely visit her again, and I highly recommend this clinic.
