Подтяжка груди в clinic Colonetti

Clinic Colonetti is a multidisciplinary practice in Florianópolis, Brazil. It combines specialized care in plastic surgery and dermatology. The clinic operates its main facility in the Trompowsky Corporate tower. Surgical procedures take place at Hospital da Plástica within the Celso Ramos Medical Center.

Accreditations and Medical Leadership

The clinic holds international accreditation from TEMOS. Dr. Guilherme Pintarelli, a board-certified plastic surgeon, leads the team. He is a member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery (SBCP) and completed his medical degree at the University of Brasília. His training includes a five-year residency in general and plastic surgery. Dr. Andrew Jacono is also part of the medical team.

Facial Plastic Surgery

The surgical team performs several facial rejuvenation and contouring procedures:

• Deep Plane Facelift – releases deep tissue layers to correct jowling.
• Rhinoplasty – includes both cosmetic reshaping and functional breathing corrections.
• Blepharoplasty – removes excess skin or fat from the eyelids.
• Otoplasty – reshapes or repositions the ears.
• Foxy Eyes Surgery – lifts the outer corners of the eyes.

The Deep Plane Facelift takes 3–4 hours under general anesthesia. Most patients need 2–3 weeks of recovery before resuming normal activities.

Body Contouring and Breast Surgery

The clinic offers surgical options to improve body shape and skin firmness. Surgeons often combine methods to achieve a balanced contour. Available body procedures include:

• Tummy Tuck – removes excess abdominal skin and tightens weakened muscles.
• Liposuction – targets stubborn fat deposits in various body areas.
• Arm Lift – removes sagging skin and fat from the upper arms.
• Thigh Lift – tightens the inner or outer thigh through strategically placed incisions.

Breast surgery options include augmentation, reduction, and mastopexy augmentation. For men, the clinic treats gynecomastia (enlarged male breast tissue). Treatment begins with a clinical investigation into the cause, followed by surgical gland removal.

Advanced Technologies

The clinic uses BodyTite technology for non-surgical skin tightening. This system applies radiofrequency energy to tone loose or saggy skin. Physicians often use BodyTite during the same session as liposuction. This combination improves skin retraction and helps prevent laxity after fat removal.

International Patient Services

Clinic Colonetti supports international patients through a structured care model. The team provides pre-operative and post-operative follow-up remotely. This means patients receive medical guidance before traveling and after returning home. Staff members communicate in English and Spanish.
