Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

The surgical department provides personalized treatments for both the face and body. The practice focuses on natural, harmonious results tailored to individual anatomy. Surgeons perform a variety of facial procedures:

• Rhinoplasty – including cases for international patients
• Blepharoplasty – eyelid surgery to rejuvenate the eyes
• Facelift and neck lift – surgical facial rejuvenation
• Mentoplasty – chin augmentation or reduction
• Otoplasty – ear pinning or reshaping
• Bichectomy – buccal fat removal for a slimmer face

Body contouring procedures address both aesthetic goals and functional needs. The clinic performs abdominoplasty, which often treats abdominal diastasis, hernias, or excess skin. This can improve posture and mobility while refining the midsection. Other body procedures include liposuction, liposculpture, and gluteoplasty. The Mommy Makeover combines several procedures for post-pregnancy restoration.

The practice handles complex reconstructive needs, such as removal of biopolymer materials. Breast reduction is available to relieve physical discomfort from excessive weight. Breast explantation helps patients experiencing complications or seeking implant removal. Every surgical journey includes supportive follow-up from consultation through recovery.

Aesthetic Medicine and Skin Technologies

The clinic uses advanced technology for non-surgical rejuvenation and skin health. Treatments improve symmetry and texture without always adding volume. Key options include:

• Plasma IQ – tissue sublimation for precise removal of benign tumors or moles
• Fractional CO2 laser – renews skin texture and improves acne scars
• HIFU – high-intensity focused ultrasound for non-invasive lifting
• Musculptech and Radiofrequency – specialized body and facial treatments

Injectable protocols focus on hydration and revitalization. The clinic uses NCTF 135 HA mesotherapy to improve skin luminosity and tone. Protocols typically involve 4–6 sessions for cumulative results. SkinBoosters provide deep collagen biostimulation and hydration. Standard options like Botox and hyaluronic acid fillers restore volume following a medical plan.

Services for International Patients

The clinic treats international travelers, including patients from Spain. Every patient receives a thorough medical evaluation and individualized protocol before treatment. Dr. Adriana Córdoba personally guides patients through each stage. This includes the initial consultation, surgery, and recovery.
