Dr. Felipe Martínez Restrepo has over 20 years of experience in the field. He is an active member of the Sociedad Colombiana de Cirugía Plástica (SCCP). This confirms his adherence to national standards for surgical safety and quality.

Dr. Martínez earned his medical degree from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in 1992. He then completed specialized training in burn treatment at the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana. His practice focuses on facial rejuvenation and complex body contouring.

Facial and Reconstructive Surgery

The clinic specializes in facial reconstructive surgery and aesthetic rejuvenation. Procedures redefine facial contours and improve skin laxity. Surgical options for the face include:

• Cervicofacial ritidoplasty – a full facelift treating the face and neck together.
• Rhinoplasty – including open, Asian, and nasal tip procedures.
• Blepharoplasty – surgery to rejuvenate the upper eyelids.
• Cervicoplasty – focused rejuvenation of the neck area.
• Chin and cheek procedures – including surgery to improve facial symmetry.

Recovery is tracked through documented milestones. Full facelift patients typically see a natural appearance within 25 days. Follow-ups extend to two years after surgery.

Breast and Body Contouring

The practice offers breast surgeries to adjust volume and shape. These include augmentation with silicone implants and mastopexy (breast lifting). Mastopexy procedures often last three to five hours under general anesthesia.

Body contouring addresses multiple areas. The clinic provides several liposuction variants and abdominal surgeries:

• Tumescent and Body Jet liposuction
• 360 Liposuction – for circumferential contouring of the torso.
• Abdominoplasty (Tummy tuck) – to remove excess skin and tighten muscles.
• Specialized contouring – for the arms, legs, glutes, and calves.

Body procedures take place in surgical suites equipped for various anesthesia types. Each plan is customized based on the patient's anatomy.

Non-Surgical Aesthetic Treatments

For patients seeking less invasive options, the clinic offers injectable and thread-based therapies. These target fine lines, volume loss, and skin texture. Available non-surgical services include:

• Botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid fillers
• Tensor and collagen threads – for non-surgical lifting.
• PRP therapy (Plasma) – to improve skin quality.
• Removal of moles and warts

These procedures complement surgical results or work as standalone rejuvenation steps. Dr. Martínez administers all non-surgical treatments himself.

Care for International Patients

The clinic supports patients traveling from abroad throughout their care. This includes coordinating medical checkups before and after surgery. International patients should plan to stay in Colombia for 10 to 15 calendar days to allow proper healing.

Postoperative follow-up is central to the clinic's safety approach. The first 24 hours after surgery are critical for monitoring pain and recovery. The team also coordinates care for patients with additional risks, such as controlled hypertension.
