Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness
Recovery includes physical restoration and lifestyle stabilization. The clinic has an on-site training center with a full-size Muay Thai ring. Licensed trainers lead sessions focused on conditioning and body awareness. These activities help restore endorphin levels naturally during recovery.
Other supportive therapies include:

One step is a first rate rehab. Professional staff, beautiful surroundings. Amazing place to recover. What stood out for me was the emphasis on physical health and mental health being equally important. Diet is also a big part of what the do. These are the elements that a lot of rehabs miss in my opinion.

I honestly couldn’t recommend One Step Rehab enough. From the moment I arrived, the whole team made me feel welcome, supported and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely care about the people they’re helping.
What really stood out to me was how personalised the experience is. It doesn’t feel like you’re just another person going through a program — the team actually takes the time to understand you, your goals and what you need to work on.
The combination of the rehab program, exercise, Muay Thai training and the overall environment made a huge difference for me. Being able to train, stay active and work on myself while having the right support around me was something I really appreciated.
The facilities and location are great, but honestly, it’s the people that make One Step what it is. Everyone I dealt with was approachable, respectful and willing to help whenever I needed it.
I came here hoping to make some serious changes in my life, and I’m leaving with a completely different mindset and a much more positive outlook. I’m genuinely grateful to everyone at One Step for the time, effort and support they’ve given me.
If you’re considering coming here, I’d definitely recommend giving them a chance. It’s been a really important experience for me, and I’m very glad I made the decision to come.

I have just spent 2 months here and thought it was absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and attentive, the accommodation was very comfortable and private, and the amount of activities on offer is fantastic. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the counsellors and support workers were very talented with lots of knowledge and experience to help me in my recovery. I feel like I have left One Step with a large set of tools that will help me stay sober and I look forward to a new chapter in my life. Thank you very much everyone ❤️

Life Changing Experience.
I spent one month at One Step Thailand for my treatment and I am incredibly grateful for my time here.
The clinical team and the support team are exceptional. Their expertise, compassion, and constant dedication made me feel safe and supported throughout my entire recovery journey. Not once was i made feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
The facilities are top-notch. The whole area is kept spotless and the rooms are very comfortable and modern. I am not a huge fitness person but the sports facilities are perfect. Training with their highly professional Muay Thai instructors was a major highlight of my stay and a huge help in my physical recovery. The tropical outdoor pool area, tennis and pickeball courts are also maintained at a 5 star level.
If you or a loved one are looking for a professional, clean, and deeply supportive environment to heal, I cannot recommend One Step Thailand enough. Thank you to the entire team for preparing me for my bright future.

Truly an amazing experience. I’ve been to treatment several time and this by far was the most positive experience I’ve had. The perfect balance of counseling and healthy activities to keep you busy. All the counselors and staff are in recovery and I never felt talked down to. The meals were delicious and the accommodations fantastic. Can’t recommend this place enough.
