Many thanks to Dr. Okan and Mr. Ali and all team members who involved in the excellent hair transplant surgery I had on this week. The operation was a complete success and even it enabled me to discuss with the surgeon in whole operation moments. Service from the Otek Hair Clinic was fast efficient with minimum waiting time with excellent after care. I must say the Clinic is very clean with modern interior, maintaining strict hygiene for operation's modern equipments. I have no hesitation to recommend the services of Otek Hair Clinic in Antalya Turkey, Dr. Okan, Mr. Ali and the full surgery team who was involved in this successful procedure. All of the staff was very kind, professional and well-mannered from the beginning of first day to last. Dr. Okan and Mr. Ali explained everything clearly in the first consultation meeting and in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my hair transplant surgery. I travel from UK and Mr. Ali truly went the extra mile, fixed an appointment for me with Dr. Okan after arriving in Antalya Turkey for checking on me before my surgery day to make sure everything is going well and to ensure that I understand their whole treatment plan for me. I eagerly waiting and hope to see a good result of my hair transplant soon. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend everyone to visit Otek Hair Clinic Antalya.

Very professional and honest consultation.
They carefully analyzed my scalp and hair structure with detailed imaging instead of trying to sell unnecessary treatments. I really appreciated the realistic and ethical approach.
The clinic explained everything clearly and recommended only what was actually suitable for my situation. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

My experience at Otek Hair Clinic can be characterised as a well-structured and professionally executed clinical process, reflecting a commendable alignment with contemporary standards in hair restoration practice.
From the outset, the procedural framework demonstrated a high degree of methodological rigour. The techniques employed were clearly consistent with current best practices, and the overall workflow was organised in a systematic and patient-centred manner. Particular emphasis on precision and procedural discipline was evident throughout all stages of the intervention.
Dr Okan’s clinical expertise and measured approach were central to establishing confidence in the process. His ability to provide clear, evidence-informed guidance, combined with a calm and assured manner, contributed significantly to the overall experience. Importantly, his practice reflects not only technical competence but also an awareness of patient expectations and perioperative considerations.
In addition, the broader clinical team exhibited a strong command of their respective roles. Their communication was consistently clear, professional, and responsive, reflecting a service ethos aligned with international standards. Not Recommended – Misleading Information, Lack of Doctor Involvement, and Serious Hygiene Concerns
I do not recommend this clinic for a hair transplant procedure.
Although the clinic appears large and professional at first glance, my experience was extremely disappointing. During the consultation, the doctor seemed disengaged. I was clearly told that the physician would personally perform a significant portion of the operation.
However, on the day of the transplant, the doctor did not initially come even for the hairline design. The marking was about to be started by a staff member who had previously drawn my blood — without gloves. The doctor only appeared after I insisted that I had been promised his involvement. He extracted three grafts as a demonstration and then left. The remainder of the procedure was performed by assistants.
There were serious hygiene concerns. The graft extraction device was not covered with barrier protection. The electric instruments did not appear to be properly sterilized, and during the procedure I observed equipment visibly contaminated with blood.
Additionally, the upper layer of skin in the donor area (back of my head) was removed without my consent or prior explanation. I was told only shaving would be done with a machine. As a result, the donor area now feels very painful and looks like a large abrasion, with potential risk of scarring. An independent dermatologist later confirmed that the upper skin layer had been removed. When I asked the clinic for clarification, they denied that this had occurred.
Promised additional services such as LLLT and PRP were not provided.
After receiving payment, communication significantly decreased, and my concerns were not properly addressed.
Overall, this clinic operates more like a high-volume production line rather than a patient-focused medical facility. I regret choosing this clinic after spending considerable time researching where to have my hair transplant done.
