I had a hair transplant procedure with Seneca this July. The staff - the receptionists, the consultants, the nurse, the doctor - were extremely helpful and pleasant at every step of the process: during the initial consultation, during the day of the operation, and during the post-operation check-ins. The procedure itself was comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and straightforward the initial healing process was. The literature Seneca provided me in order to guide me through the aftercare has proven thorough and clear, and they have routinely kept in touch to make sure that everything has been going well. After only two months, I am delighted with the results I am beginning to see. I would thoroughly recommend Seneca Glasgow to anyone considering a hair restoration procedure.

My experience at Seneca was first class from start to finish, and the results are better than I ever imagined. My hairline looks so natural that no one can believe it was a transplant. Recovery was smooth with minimal downtime, and the doctors I worked with were excellent. Having the peace of mind of being close to the clinic made the whole process even easier. If you’re considering it, I’d definitely recommend going in to speak with them.

They took the time to thoroughly explain every stage of the journey, addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity. Their approach was not only reassuring but also deeply respectful, making me feel completely safe, informed, and supported at every step. On the day of the procedure, their calm demeanour and meticulous attention to detail instantly put me at ease. The environment was sterile yet comfortable, and I was made to feel more like a valued guest than a patient. It was clear that this is a team deeply committed to excellence. Post-procedure, I received comprehensive aftercare instructions, including guidance on medication, washing techniques, and what to expect during the healing process. Great experience with Seneca medical group. They truly are the best in the business. From my first meeting with Charles in Edinburgh to having the procedure this week in their Glasgow clinic, the whole experience really has been exceptional. I had nearly been put off having the procedure done after visiting a well known clinic who seemed more interested in talking about money and showing me pictures of their celebrity clients than actually listening to my hopes and concerns around having the procedure. Seneca seemed very different, more honest, more realistic about what they could achieve and not just trying to sell false dreams and extract as much money as possible. I would truly recommend Seneca to anyone thinking about getting a hair transplant. A European business, with some of the best hair restoration surgeons in the game. Don't gamble with your health by going abroad, pay the extra few quid and get it done by the professionals. Tom P.s Glasgow is a beautiful city with great shops, restaurants and hotels. I would definitely recommend staying for a few days 😊

I chose Seneca for my hair transplant mainly because, as a 63 year old woman so not part of the ‘usual demographic’ for a treatment such as this, I felt strongly that a doctor should perform the procedure. My trust in this choice was confirmed when I was required to have tests with my gp before the transplant could take place so I felt entirely secure on the days of the procedure. However the excellent treatment I have received every step of the way - I am now six months post transplant - has gone way beyond my medical needs. Every member of staff that I have encountered has balanced professionalism with being approachable and personable. My expectations were managed from the word go and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I can honestly say that the confidence that the change in my appearance has given me has enhanced this stage in my life. I would not hesitate to recommend Seneca to anyone who will listen!
