In September, I went to Istanbul for an smart lens (trifocal lens) surgery.
From the beginning, the pre-consultancy, the surgery itself, up to the after care processes, everything was very professional and courteous.
Each team member, from the service desk, the assistants and of course the doctor, Mr. Prof. Dr. Tuğrul Akın, are very helpful and polite.
Prof. Dr. Tuğrul Akın is so amazing. The way how he explains, speaks and cares for someone is very special and warmly. It is really very soothing to have such a great doctor.
You feel very well taken care of with him. He deals with all questions calmly and ensures by his very courteous and nice way that you feel comfortable and safe with him. Even days after the surgery he took the time to answer my questions personally.
At this point I would also like to thank his assistant, Ms. Yeliz Ece Cambaz. She supports the patient with all other questions and really cares intensively before and after the surgery. She is such as great person.
I can only recommend everyone to inform themselves about the doctor and the clinic in advance. And I can recommend the clinic and doctor.
And above all, do not lose so much time. Life is beautiful with healthy eyes.
