I would highly recommend AllDental Clinics.
1. It is just a few minutes walk from the Metro and bus stop, which means it is easy to find.
2. Dimitar (reception) speaks English well and is very pleasant and also responsive to emails.
3. My wife and I had a fair bit of work done there by Dr. Popov. The first thing he said to me is that he would speak in English to his assistant since I don't know Bulgarian. I have seen many dentists in Mexico, and they all spoke English, but no one was thoughtful enough to do that. Dr Popov was very careful in his work to pick the right colors for the fillings he gave me (since they were on front teeth) and cared about what I thought about the colors. He told me to just see what I thought about the color for a few days and come back if I thought it wasn't right. My wife had three front crowns, and he was similarly very careful in his work and concerned to get the color right. We were both very pleased with our experiences there.

I had a really great experience with AllDental Clinic in Sofia and can honestly recommend them without hesitation.
From the very beginning, the whole team was professional, welcoming and genuinely attentive. Everything was handled with great care and precision, and they took the time to explain each step clearly, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the process.
What impressed me most was their punctuality and organization. Appointments were always on time, communication was smooth, and there was full transparency around pricing with no surprises at any point.
You can really feel that they care about their patients and maintain a very high standard of professionalism and customer service. It is not easy to find a dental clinic that combines expertise, honesty, efficiency and personal attention so well.
Very satisfied with the overall experience and definitely a clinic I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for high quality dental care.

I’ve visited AllDental in Sofia multiple times and have been extremely satisfied with each visit. The team is professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with a clean, modern clinic and staff who take the time to explain each step and make you feel comfortable.
I had to leave Sofia due to work, but I’ve already scheduled future visits — including teeth whitening. That says a lot about how confident I am in their work. They made a great impression, and I fully trust them with my dental care.
The atmosphere is calm, communication is easy (they speak excellent English), and the quality of care is top-level. The prices are also very reasonable considering the high standard.
I’ve already recommended AllDental to friends and family, and I will continue to do so. Looking forward to coming back soon!

I’m travelling from the United Kingdom and wanted to get my teeth cleaned professionally by a dentist. The Friendly service I received and fast communication for reception was excellent. The dentist was also highly skilled and gave good confidence in his work. I would highly recommend this Dentist at top Western standards And clean workplace. The work I had done was teeth cleaning which was excellent. I’m sure I’ll be back if I need work done next time I’m in Sofia.

I don’t live in Bulgaria, and dental care is much more expensive in my country, so I considered Bulgaria as an option. I needed 11 crowns in total, a few extractions, and some additional work. I looked for clinics on Google Maps, focusing on those with a high number of positive reviews. I contacted four clinics, and AllDental replied the fastest.
Their response was very detailed, with a clear cost estimate that turned out to be 100% accurate. They seemed the most professional and responsive. We arranged the visit, and I came to Sofia for two weeks to complete the treatment.
Everything was done very professionally. The doctor was excellent, and all staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. One crown was redone three times, even though I personally wouldn’t have noticed any issue — they simply cared a lot about quality.
Great value for money. I will definitely come back if I need dental work again. Highly recommended.
