Clinical Achievements and Patient Volume
The clinic treats more than 5,000 patients every year. Services are approved by the General Directorate of Health Enablement (DGHA) and the Ministry of Public Health (MSP). These approvals confirm the clinic meets local medical safety standards.
MLC holds memberships in several professional medical organizations:
- International Union of Aesthetic Medicine (UIME)
- Dominican Medical College (CMD)
- Ibero-Latin American College of Dermatology (CILAD)
These affiliations connect the clinic to international networks in aesthetic and dermatological medicine.
Cosmetic Dermatology and Anti-Aging
Dr. Michelle Herrera leads the aesthetic and dermatology departments. She has over 20 years of professional experience. Dr. Herrera holds multiple master's degrees in facial rejuvenation, longevity, regenerative medicine, and laser technologies.
The clinic reports specific outcome statistics for her focus areas:
- 95% success for facial anti-aging treatments
- 90% for regenerative medicine procedures
- 88% for laser technology applications
The anti-aging department offers aesthetic neuromodulation to reduce wrinkles. It also provides liquid microneedling and specialized facial cleansing. Patients can access the "Russian Anti-aging Serum" and vitamin infusions for skin health.
Laser Therapies and Skin Renewal
The clinic uses laser-based methods to treat various skin concerns. Specialists perform CO2 laser treatments for skin resurfacing. Carbon laser peels improve skin texture and tone. The team also provides laser tattoo removal and permanent hair removal.
Microneedling stimulates collagen without surgery. Small needles trigger the skin's natural renewal cycle. For deeper rejuvenation, the clinic offers Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy. This treatment uses the patient's own blood components to repair skin tissue.
Additional non-surgical options include:
- Mesotherapy for targeted skin nourishment
- Chemical peels for exfoliation
- Radiofrequency for skin tightening
- Phototherapy for various skin conditions
- Lip flips and hyaluronic acid fillers
These procedures allow for personalized treatment plans without invasive surgery.
Technology and Diagnostics
MLC uses modern equipment for skin analysis and treatment. Diagnostic services include digital dermoscopy and mole mapping. These tools help doctors track changes in skin spots with high precision. For laser hair removal, the clinic uses Soprano Diodo technology, including Platinum and Titanium systems.
The clinic also provides nutrition and wellness services. This department supports aesthetic goals through dietary planning and metabolic health. Specialists combine wellness strategies with dermatological care for better overall results.
